Did I like the edit? I certainly did! It was awesome and I can see that I have a lot to learn here. I found it a little difficult to keep up with what you were doing at some parts of the video, but at least I can refer back to the video when I need to refresh my knowledge. I wondered though if you could do something in a future video to explain the Tone Curve in a little more detail as I am not familiar with that particular tool. These videos are great though, I am going to be following them to improve my Lr skills so keep up the good work. :-)

I have some questions. At this level of editing which is the boundary between photography and painting? It would not be possible to obtain similar results focusing on a better picture?

+thiagodancer Thank you so much for your questions and thoughts on my Lightroom 6 tutorial. You are correct that there is a blurring of lines between photography and a creative work of art. I am not sure the answer to the question, i just believe that photography and art should evoke a feeling, the viewer should be effected in some way. There is many ways of getting to this point. You last question I am not sure of what you mean. is it a statement or question? i think that we all have different ideas of what is art is and how we et there. I am just showing one method. I hope you are enjoying my Lightroom tutorials all the same.

+mike Kay so happy you liked this Lightroom full edit. Pretty much all of my photos start and end in Lightroom, they just pass through photoshop for specific edits. Or I use it for larger design projects. I have an entire photoshop course that should start by the end of this month so stay tuned.

"photos should tell a story" well, why do we edit them in such a way that they tell an artificial story and not anymore their own? I really like the initial foto. It told me that its winter, the whitest part was the snow. I would have only boosted a bit the exposure and, a bit the curves and straigthened it
