Also, Rubisco stands for RibUlose 1,5 BISphosphatase Carboxylase/Oxygenase. If you are asked about photorespiration, it occurs when rubisco (which is a very inefficient enzyme) binds Oxygen instead, which occurs quite commonly.

Really great movie! Explains it very well, however in my book of plant physiology it is said that: "The traditional view of the PCR cycle was that it did not require the direct input of light. These reactions were consequently referred to as "dark reactions" of photosynthesis. In the view of the fact that at least five critical enzymes in the cycle require light activation, such a designation is clearly not appropriate." "These include glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (G-3-PDH), fructose-1,6-bisphosphatase (FBPase), sedoheptulose-1,7-bisphosphatase (SBPase) and ribulose-5-phosphate kinase (R-5P-K)" It's a small, and not so important thing for everyday KZbinrs, but maybe important so someone :) Keep up the good work!
