I always kept Blink at arms length. I never knew how I felt about their music. I wanted to like it, but I also felt like they were too pop or too catchy. This cover hit me in the nostalgia feels. It transported me back to the early 2000s and made me realize how fast time is passing. It really made me appreciate Blink 182s contributions.

I did last year, when they were performing with Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros. They covered this song, and it was like heaven to my ears. The rest of their set was unique, quirky, and all around fun. I remember one song they did, in which they used a shaker which looks like a banana!

I used to think that I won't listen to music released after 2004, and all the pop music is like Beyonce or Taylor Swift, and I was so tired of the indie rock around 2000. But after I listened to so much new music incidentally: indie, folk, electronica... I know those are totally new, maybe they've evolved since 2010 or around I am not sure, I can feel the very difference. Well done the Millenial Generation!
