Miss there is a mistake in the AdvP. There is no rule that says: AdvP= Adv Adv. the AdvP rule specifies that its modifier is another AdvP. So AdvP= (AdvP) Adv.

There is a difference between a sentence and a clause because who live ... Is a clause .it is not a sentence .
