こんにちわ　みさ! I am currently studying Japanese and your videos are my primary source and in my opinion extremely informative and useful. I saw in a video of yours saying that you were learning Russian. I taught myself Russian during the lockdown in my country during COVID-19. After the pandemic, I started classes. My Russian teacher told me that I have a B2 possibly C1 level of Russian and I am currently interpreting for local Ukrainians refugees. I would be delighted to exchange languages with you online as I am very eager to learn Japanese. I have the same passion for the Russian language and would love to speak it more. I really enjoy your videos and was wondering if you can teach us how to play Simon Says in Japanese? My son is learning how to play it in Spanish and I thought this would be a good way to teach him Japanese. Is there a way to play in Japanese? It can last up to two weeks under normal circumstances...I read somewhere extra vitamin A and some zinc can help as well...maybe some green tea...;) Meri-kuri Misa-sensei. You're the best!

Twiching could be a potassium deficiency. Potassium helps your muscles trigger and a lack can cause cramps and twitches. Try a potassium supplement and see if it helps or eat more bananas. I had the same issue myself. I hope that is it and you feel better. 😊
