The word "bear" is not just an animal. Another definition is a verb that means "to carry something." So "bear with me" does mean have patience, but it implies that the delay is causing the other person to carry a burden of time for waiting. Just thought I'd help clarify. Love your videos!

Here in Brazil "That makes senses" can be with "make" and "has" but "make" is more common: Isso faz sentido.

That refere-se a uma "coisa" então corresponde ao pronome it ( terceira pessoa) e por isso deve utilizar o verbo na terceira pessoa que é"makes". Não se pode fazer tradução literal.
