You can also get some special dialogue after you defeat the Advisor. During the boss fight the Xen Grenades will exclusively spawn Vorts who will actually fight with you (in fact the advisor will hard focus on them so they can be used as a distraction). And if any survive after the fight you can talk to them.

I actually didnt know, during my playthrough, that you could attach wilson to the top of the APC. I thought it was an intentional gameplay choice that you had to choose between a powerful mobility and attack buff, or your best friend. So I walked the entire highway section carrying Wilson by hand, and got to see 3650 ask for a replacement APC.

open console with ~ and do sv_cheats 1. sv_cheats 0 to disable it again. in games where cheating disables achievements you can do sv_cheats 1;god;sv_cheats 0 so they all go off together so you can keep getting them
