There is too much use of plastics in our food industry. Most everything there is no choice of glass or plastic. I feel this choice should be made by the consumer, not mandated by industry. Cranberry juice I always purchased in glass, taste worse in plastic so I hardly purchase! Yet, California wants to ban small plastic gift cards, smaller even, plastic straws, BUT, never plastic bottles, etc., which is a health hazard as opposed to safer glass. Does government get rich from exuberant health ramifications of the public populace? What can be the underlying key to all this madness?
