I would have just eaten all the scallops, clams, snails, oysters, etc. It's delicious how they make it there. As far as that meat on a stick, that's lemongrass they use as it serves as a skewer and also gives the meat a nice aroma.

We wish we had more of a love for seafood all the fresh catch looked amazing but we’re not huge seafood lovers! I will say if you like it however this is the perfect night market - plus the vibe was great it was so lively and there were families everywhere enjoying it. We really enjoyed Phu Quoc!
