Early winter because of heavy snowfall in Himachal, J&K and Uttarakhand. Please look dor food prepared in homestay avoid greasy foid. Himestay thali is goid. Even you can prepare chicken cyrry and other vegetables prepare by yourself with help from family members, recepie you can check from KZbin. You may also follow the same pattern as bt the fellow youtuber from South Africa residing in india from last three tears there channel name is "Shortleft travels". I also request you to kindly be resident of India you will love it❤😊
