It's a national park and there is a fee to enter for foreigners 200thb and locals 40thb.

It depends on which side you enter the Beach, on Nai Yang beach side there was always a police check point where they cash money, from Splash Beach Resort i think it's free.

@@a350 just for information, the fees to all national parks in Thailand for Thai Citizens and Foreigners residents in Thailand are the same prices as they have paid local taxes. Only for tourists that pay different.
