Ingredients of Cauliflower with prawn:
Prawn/shrimp- 250 g
Cauliflower - 1 medium size
Potatoes- 2 medium size
Tomato- 1
Onion- 1
Green chillies- 3-4 (as per taste)
ginger garlic and green chilli paste- 1 tbsp
Cumin Powder- 2 tsp
Coriander Powder- 1 tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder- 1 tsp
Salt- to taste
Sugar- 1 tsp
Curd/ Yoghurt- 3 tbsp
for tempering:
Cumin seeds- half tsp
Dried red chilli- 1
Bay leaves- 1-2
Green cardamom- 2
Cinnamon stick- 1 inch
Cloves- 2-3
Mustard oil
Ghee
Garam masala powder- half tsp
