PHULAURI FROM PRE-MADE MIX / EASY AND DELICIOUS SNACK
INGREDIENTS:
400 gr of phulauri mix
garlic, salt and cumin optional
PREPARATION:
place the mix in a bowl
add about 1,5 - 2 cup of water and mix
let it rest overnight or at least for 3-4 hours
mash the garlic, salt and cumin
check the consistency of the mix
if needed add water or flour
add the mashed paste and mix
fry the phulauri on medium heat
flip over
Enjoy with chutney!
