For those who did not understand the meaning . The song talks about the loss of a loved one and the acceptance of that loss. I lost my grandmother last year and this song means a lot to me. Yes, "time, i would buy", even if I can't . Even if I beg "time, please rewind ", i know that there is no going back to the past. So "it's time to say goodbye". My beloved grandmother, "my voice, please remember", "I'll miss you, forever". Now "float in your space" and "rest in your orbit" Until the day we meet again.

No one knows exactly who or what Phum was writing this song about, but this version feels like it was for me and all of us broken people out there. My girlfriend and I recently broke up. I genuinely could picture this girl in my long-term future. Nothing ever went wrong, but we both moved away to colleges 400 miles away and we just didn’t fit in each other’s plans. It killed me to know that in another life we could’ve had our fairytale ending, but in this life it just wasn’t meant to be. I was a heartbroken mess, letting my grades slip and sobbing over any little reminder of her. I desperately wanted her to show and knock on my door, telling me that we made a mistake. I desperately wanted to travel back to the times when nothing in the world mattered except us. But I also knew that it was time for goodbye. But after hearing this live version I feel solace because as the song ends, Phum walks up the ramp back into the light as he plays a light-hearted tune. Eventually, I’ll make it up that ramp too. And to anyone going through something similar to me, I feel you, and we’ll get through this together. So goodbye Balter club and goodbye Lindsey, thank you for all of the beautiful memories.
