LIVER GALL BLADDER PV CBD USG OF WHOLE ABDOMEN Is grossly enlarged in size (190mm). Approximately 42 mm x 35mm heterogeneously hypoechoic focal lesion is noted in segment VII of right lobe without internal vascularity. Rest of the echotexture of parenchyma appears normal. IHBR are not dilated. Is normal in distension. Lumen appears clear. Wall thickness is normal. : Normal in caliber. Lumen is echofree. SPLEEN : Normal in size. Echotexture of parenchyma appears normal. No focal lesion is seen. PANCREAS: Normal in size, shape and echotexture. Main pancreatic duct is not dilated. Normal in caliber. Lumen as far as visible appears clear. KIDNEYS : Right kidney is normal in size and position. Cortical parenchymal echogenicity is normal. Cortico-medullary distinction is maintained. No calculus, SOL and hydronephrosis detected. URETERS: Are not dilated. IMPRESSION: Left kidney is normal in size and position. Cortical parenchymal echogenicity is normal. Cortico-medullary distinction is maintained. No calculus, SOL and hydronephrosis detected. URINARY : Optimally distended. Lumen appears clear. Wall thickness is normal. BLADDER PROSTATE : Normal in size, shape. Parenchymal echotexture is normal. No collection noted in peritoneal cavity. Multiple periportal lymphnodes (size upto 24mm x 10mm) are noted. Gross hepatomegaly with possibility of evolving abscess in right hepatic lobe. Periportal lymphnodes. Suggested : Clinical correlation & further evaluation by relevant investigations.
