Update from last time: I did a few 1v1s with my friend yesterday, and played Aegis most games with our final deciding match being our mains (Byleth for me and Sephiroth for him) on local communication. I won the first two matches as Aegis, lost the game after and then we had our final match and I went Byleth. It was kinda dominant, but I could have played better our final match (first three were just games I played as Aegis for fun as I don’t have their pack).

This is like a wake up for a lot of players who are interested in competing i feel. Also kind of proves elite smash is fraudulent as hell. The real competition is outside. With hard work we can learn that these amazing pros can be beat, and it feels good to draw blood, but no matter how good we are, playing them kind of humbles us and instills a sense of reality, making u question just how much work they had to put in to get this good at the game. When you commit to this and steel your nerves you learn just what u can accomplish.

Leon missed a ton of grabs while going for neutral air. Phy just tried to shield on platforms. I’ve found maiming bowser when you jumó people auto shield on platform so you get so many grabs that way, it really messes with them

Ur crazy on it lol, but with seph u probs don't wanna use dair on stage as a wake up or a way to get down as u did the first game as it has a lot of end lag and bowser has the command grab. Also u said don't over commit when Ur in advantage but then immediately counter when he was high in the air. Just some things I picked up

I think everytime I used Dair in that game it worked lol, but generally yeah It’s not a landing option one should always go for. The commentary isn’t intended to be 1-1 with what’s happening on screen, more so my general thought process throughout, not immune to mistakes of course
