This recording of our Fall, 2022 seminar features three presentations related to physical activity and brain health. The first provides a scientific perspective, sharing recent findings from exercise interventions in the context of aging, dementia, and brain health; the second provides a practical perspective from a professional in the exercise field, discussing factors that motivate individuals to be physically active; and the third provides a personal perspective on the importance of physical activity and self-care for dementia caregivers.
