Honestly being a man is really fun, I'm 22 and sports is the single best thing in my life, it's just changes my hormones, I feel the desire to live the best life and want to compete with others whenever I'm doing something whether it's the Gym, wrestling, Jiu jitsu, running or even surfing. I love sports and wish my body could recover quickly to do it every day.

I agree, hormones are pretty much responsible for our mood state. Even though our mindset/internal monologue can help drive our moods, hormones inevitably have a much more significant effect over them. Compelling your body to release growth hormones & regulate/balance steroid hormones (Like reducing cortisol and increasing testosterone balance) through physical excercise is the best feeling.

I'm a 16 year old young man, who's eager And hungry to learn on how to be a competent well mattered man on this Twisted world. I Love videos like this, you're helping a thousand (soon more) men to be the best they can. Can there be a video about self-control and discipline soon?

You know man, i always feel very good when i see and listen to these types of contents, because whether people like them or not, that’s the truth, or part of it. Commitment and perseverance are the ‘ABC’ of great results, and that is true in all discipline. I hope that your message will reach the heart of many men, because life is not a fucking game: it is a challenge and we have to stand tall. No excuses. P.S. Keep going man, you’re doing a great job. Love you from italy.

I don’t know who you are. I don’t know where you’re from. But I know that you helped me a lot. So, because I don’t have the possibility to contribute to your work, and I don’t like this my situation, I considered to watch advertisements (I didn’t watch it in past for anyone, also I know that is the basic way to support) Thank you! Now I must see all of your videos!

08:36 Kinda disagree. If you start training for the sake of impressing others, you will lost motivation along the way. At least for me it was the initial motivation, once i saw positive results in my body and getting stronger, the motivation switched from impressing others to impressing myself by keep pushing my limit. Keep the grind brahs.

POV: Why do u need to showcase ur training?! According to what I've watched and a bit knowledge soldiers don't show everything that their doin while they are in training. I hope u get my point and logic. Salute! 🤜🤛🤜🤛🤜🤛🤟🤟🤟🌻🌻🌻
