Maria did such a great job, comes off as very professional, calm and ready to start great career as a PA. Thank you so much for this video!

I’m a Hospital Corpsman as well who applied to Dental school in 2021 but realized I wanted to change into something more service oriented. Is there a need for PAs who focus on underserved populations, specifically?

I understand showing off people like maria that have supee unique backgrounds with tons and tons of experience, but what about those that are a little more run of the mill. Some of us have not had the chance to aquire as many unique experiences.

Is there a health professional /academic advisor on here? I need help. I'm a chemistry graduate in my home country, wanting to get into PA school in the US. My chemistry bachelors didn't offer the most of the prerequisite courses to get into PA school. But getting into a college to get those prereqs is also proving difficult because most the schools want the courses accredited by "regional" (i.e. USA schools) and even some specifically want a bachelors degree from the US. How do I plan my PA journey then? I was thinking of doing a masters in Human Anatomy and Cell Biology in my country to try and get into the PA school, or even have an easier route into a university to get the prereqs from, but it seems that won't also work. Please help advise me.
