At 21:00 electric field will decrease as we go down and the field is given by :- E = (s/4p)(R^2/R^2+x^2) where s-surface charge density p-permittivity of free space and x-distance from the centre of hemispherical cup in downward direction. Therefore the point charge will be in unstable equilibrium.

At 21:06 if we displace the charge by x downward then force will decrease and the new force will become qé/4E (R^2/R^2+x^2) . here é is surface charge density and E is permittivity of free space and R is radius of hemisphere...

Hey, guys, I feel ki here we can use the solid angle concept, and find out result.. tan inverse se planar angle mil jaega, and using solid angle, we can find the field produced by that point charge, from Newton's 3rd law, the amt of field away from charge equals the field towards the charge.. hence as we go low, the magnitude of field decreases, to a point and becomes 0 and then again starts to increase and becomes equal to field acting on a particle on the surface of the hemisphere

Agr elemental ring consider krenge to ring k case m center pr electric field zero hota hai aur infinity pr bhi zero hota hai aur beech m kahi maximum hota hai... To usi trh is elemental ring k liye bhi koi aisa point hoga jaha field maximum hoga aur uske baad field decrease hoga... Mere khyal se field kahi beech m maximum hoga aur fir decrease hoga.. Saath m ye bhi lg rha hai ki electric field = sigma/4 €• hai jo ki constant hai to field hr jagh constant hi hoga jaise previous case m electric field due to sheet tha... Sir when we displace the q by certain distance x the small q will experience more repulsion by the existing charges and the mag of E will increase and hence FORCE WHEN DISPLACED BELOW THE SURFACE>F ON THE SURFACE I HOPE ITS CORRECT... AND SIR E = Q/4Aapsilonnot so as x decreses mag of E inc while on a vertical motion upwards x dec and E increases....
