Good bro its your choice. But i think we should start this from school becuase the things we start during school times lasts longer. If you start going gym after school during your preparation that could problematic for some days. And in those days time is everything but if you have a habit of doing it then you should try to continue it till the end

Thankyou so much sir that you take out your precious time for us. I'm in 11 right now studying for neet I use to see your short notes videos in the begging of the prep in april-may but never started making them as i found it not possible and thought it would kill my time and some things would definitely be left in them. But I finally started it last month after seeing your short notes 53 min i got very motivated and started it. Now I'm feeling blessed as it is such a powerfull tool, i converted my chem first 5 chap of (250 pages) only in 7 pages, that's amazing. "Short Notes are like an investment in real estate which will be huge and look like earning nothing for some time but when the correct time will come it will make you win the race with flying colours."
