Mam you are saying Gauss law in terms of electric flux D. But writing in terms of E. So for flux D Gauss law will be " amount of charge leaving to close surface is total charge enclosed by that surface " and inters of electric field it is 1/epsilon 0.

Well explained...but there is a difference between del and partial derivative... Del is a operator which came change into function and You say partial derivative as del this one was mistake.. Very well
