sir what if we have three mass system attached two blocks at extreme and one in middle attached to springs then the change in Kcom would be constant but then we have to consider Kwrtcom of 3 individual blocks ? and this 1/2U(Vrel)^2 would not be valid ? am i correct sir

Sir does we need to find maximum compression or extension Because when both speed will be same at that time there would be max. Compression On board it is given as max. Extension
