Started watching u during lockdowns, just want to ask if your exercises will work for someone who had a stroke 5 years ago still?
@13rix293 жыл бұрын
Hi, I'm just a physical therapy student and I'm not on the same level as the guy on the vid but these exercises are best done during the early stages of strokes. If the stroke happened 5 years ago that's a long time to introduce exercises. It's important to take note that the person will not be able to return to his optimal function prior the stroke but maybe intensive exercises will help. Try letting the person visit a PT if it helps

Sir, how can we facilitate a reflex
@vinaypatel2689 Жыл бұрын
Some times I feel all brunstrom and bobath all stuff is like nonsense.. Stroke patients have their own recovery status, if patient brain survive pateint can recover. Yes to fascilata and to stimulate protected brain development Physiotherapy is required.. Otherwise I see patient recovery with simple basic exercise at home and patient never recovered from extensive 2 years physio treatment.. It's all depends on survival of brain part after stroke, if pateint brain is damaged low recovery high, if brain damaged is more recovery low.. Still I am not clear about neural spasticity..

This is how the pattern was happening after stroke mean, what is the role of neuroplasticity?
