Maam pls help mujhe conversation karne mai bhot struggle karna padta hai bolna toh chhta hu words mind mai nahi aate toh kabhi kabhi words mind mai hote hai unhe bolne mai dikkat hoti he kya maam yeh heavy tounge ke karan hai ya muuhe koi mansik bimari hai
