For external rotation hold a stick or pipe with both hands by bending at elbow then move side to side This is very effective in early days of surgery

You can stair up with the normal leg first followed by operated leg and just opposite when stair down Within 2nd month of surgery No issue

Sorry for the late reply Try these exercises as shown in video. 3-4 times icepack whole shoulder area Massage the same Do all these for a week No significant improvement go to best physio near you or in the city
