I am from Kolkata, India. Thanks for this simple and nice video. I had suffered from femur bone fracture (right leg on 22 September, and I was hospitalised in two days time. Now I am released after 7 days treatment (with operation replcing the "ball). I live in an apartment on 3rd floor with steep stairs. I have consulted a doctor over phone whether I can climb down the stairs, he emphatically said unless there is an urgency I should not do that all through my life. Would you please advise? If this is so my life would be a hell! Would you please reply to it at the earliest? Your advise is earnestly solicited, and give a a new lease of life. Namaskar Sir🙏 Sir (12/10/22) ko road accident me femur facture hua, road dala hai docter saab ne.abhi 13/1/23 se Walker se docter saab ne pura weight daal ker chalde ke liye bola hai. Sir jab exercise kerta hu jo ki physiotherapyiest ne bta rakhi hai. Thai per jha se haddi tuta hai waha swelling aa jati hai recovery slow hai haddi jurne ki xray me. Sir swelling ke karan me exercise kbhi kbhi nhi kerta mujhe lagta hai bone jha se tuti hai waha hil to nhi rhi or hilne ke karan to xrey me recovery slow to nhi hai. kya ye sahi hai.
