Sir, வணக்கம். தாங்கள் நிறைய தொழில் நுட்பம் கப்பல் முதல், அறிந்தவர் மற்றும், அதனுடன் பயணித்து Experience அறிந்தவர். எனக்கு ஒரு doubhgt, டேபிள் டாப் wet grinder ல Motor சுற்றும் வேகம் அதிகம், drum சுற்றும் வேகம் குறைவு அதற்காக belt drive மூலம் பெரிய அளவில் புள்ளி drum க்கீழ்(சக்கரம்) இனைத்து அதன் வேகம் சற்றே குறைக்கப்பட்டுகிறது. இது Ok. ஆனால் நாம் மாவு அரைக்க 1.அரிசியை அதில் போடும் போது Motor க்கு இழுவை திறன் பாதிப்பில்லை 2.தற்போது மாவு பாதி அரைக்கும் போது Motor strain கொஞ்சம் கூடுதலாக இருக்கும் 3.மாவு முழுமையாக அரைக்கும் நிலையை வர வர மாவு கெட்டியான பதம் வரும் போது மோட்டார் இழுவை திறன் கூடுதலாகி மற்றும் வேகம் குறைகிறது. இதனால் Motor ஐ குளிர்விக்கும் அதனில் இருக்கும் fan வேகமும் குறைகிறது இதனால் motor மேலும் சூடாகிறது. அப்ப அப்ப மாவைப்பார்த்து சிறிது சிறிதாக தண்ணீர் தெளித்து மாவு இளகிய நிலை கொண்டு வர வைக்க வேண்டும். இதை கவனித்து செயல் படாமல் விட்டால் Motor ன் சுழற்சி நின்று பழுதாகி விடும். இந்நிலை அகற்ற ஏன் manufacturing technical ல் mini speed reducer gear அமைப்பை பொருத்த தயங்குவது ஏன். நீண்ட நாள் உழைப்பு திறன் கூடும். ஆகையினால் விற்பனை குறையும் என்ற நிலையில் manufacturing company கள் பயப்படுகிறார்களா, ஏனெனில் (நாங்கள் இதே கிறைண்டர் தான் பயன்படுத்தி வருகின்றேன்) அதன் பயன்பாட்டை கூறினேன். ஆனால் veedium company அவர்களின் கிரைண்டர் களில் ஒரு மாடலில் mini plastic gear. belt க்கு பதிலாக பொருத்தியுள்ளார்கள். அதுவே cast iron gears அமைப்பு இல்லை. இதில் தொழில் நுட்ப தடங்கல்கள் ஏதேனும் உள்ளதா என்பதை தயவுசெய்து தங்கள் பதிவில் விளக்கவும். நன்றி.

Cost limitation and weight is a major role. Even I bought without timer because of this reason. I think better motor protection with temp cutoff. And water is must like lubricant , otherwise it may damage the light weight stone in gear model also.

It cannot be like that.call customer service and get it correct. For Urad dal ,it will take less than ten minutes and motor will not get heat. Lot of my friends and relatives using same model, all are very much satisfied.

Better to buy without timer because water adding in time during grinding is very important.otherwise motor will get heat very soon.without timer is failsafe
