Hi! We are almost at the same time diagnosed with breast cancer last Oct 2022 also and had my radical mastectomy Dec 2022 as well, after 7 mos. I had another major surgery - TAHBSO due to pre-cancer stage naman. Anyways, I dropped a comment since I've heard you say that you like to commute when you're back to the corporate world. It's not easy, especially for us, who are already considered immuno compromised. I'm working on-site and wfh, as hybrid set up, but every time I'll come hone from work, I usually get sick, either cough or colds due to exposure and very drained over the day. So, I hope you also consider your exposure to viruses out there. Thanks for sharing your journey💝

Thanks for the kind comment. Yes i am aware of that, and that is why my doctor is helping me. The idea is to make my immune system strong through the holistic approach i have started. If you easily get sick and exhausted, it means there is something more that your body needs (naturally) to make it stronger. I do not take synthetic medicines or vitamins. And i am very happy with the decision i made since I am way better even if i compare it to my pre-cancer days.

@ hi! Thank you for the reply. I just like to share to you as well I recently had another breast screening, a very novel machine, Thermalytix, and i had a hot spot seen, meaning i have a local recurrence sice the hot spot was seen at the mastectomy bed.. hopefully ma recognize na ng mga bigger hospitals ang result ng thermalytix as back up from breast ultrasound and mammogram. My cancer nga pala is from strong family history so no matter what I eat, sadly its in my genes. But eating a balanced and healthy diet is definitely a must no doubt about it. Hi Ms Pia, my aunt passed away recently dahil kumalat na ang cancer sa iba't ibang parts ng katawan niya. She was diagnosed with cancer last year lang, but it was stage 4 already. I sent her some of your videos para maencourage siya to do the same, but I think she already knew that she only has a few months left, so instead of changing her lifestyle, nag enjoy na lang siya. Nakapag travel pa sila abroad and I think finulfill niya ang mga gusto niyang gawin doon. I wish my aunt is still here with us. I love your videos. Please keep doing this not just for cancer patients, but also to other people. May God Bless you and your family.

Ako din na diagnosed ng breast cancer last June 19,2023 September 27 nag simula nako mag chemotherapy 6 cycle every 21day ang chemotherapy. Tpos nag radiotherapy ako 15 cycle Awa ng dios OK ang pakiramdam ko na kaya ikaw lakasan mo lang ang loob mo.

My previous oncologist ay ipinagbawal ang barley. I followed during that time dahil wala pa naman ako masyado alam at sumunod lang sa kanila.

After ko magpa detox and had all the toxins from chemo drug removed in my body, that's when I feel a lot better. I am not sure about the "brain fog" now ko lang na encounter ang term na yan
