Go Kris. Many of us out here living with cancer less than 100 people have had. Treating it like a chronic disease. Applying organic natural methods because treatment options dont exist in this greedy world.

I am healing my stage 4 breast cancer and I believe that the medication helped in the beginning but if I hadn’t decided to hire a nutritionist who has the expertise in cell chemicals balance I won’t reach great results. My cancer diminished almost 90% in 6 months . Initially doctor said I had lung, liver, brain and bone cancer from metastatic breast cancer. Now I only have bone cancer and 0.7 cm breast cancer. Now she does Not know if my body is healing alone or it is the medication. But she is surprised with the results. Someone who sees me don’t think I am sick. I have normal life now. Point is when u have cancer and you take oncologist remedies you have to build on the side another path to raise the strength of the good cells so they will be able to kill the bad ones. How? By giving the foods your body needs. It is not one size fits all. I change the food every month depending on the urine, saliva, sugar( energy, don’t confuse with glucose), salts level and urea results. I also decided to forget I have cancer. You have to control the disease, not allowing the disease to control you. Meditation once a while. And go to acupuncture sessions 2 times per month to heal remedy side effects or back pain due biopsy procedure in bone marrow. Reality is I am feeling strong every day and I never say I have cancer. When someone ask me I say something in my body is not working properly! Bc what? I refused to be sick!! God: I believe God gave me a second chance so I can’t waste it. Basically if you can’t hire a nutritionist most diets to help fight cancer are: remove refined sugars ( I can eat molasses, raw brown sugar, coconut sugar.. depending on exame date sugar. No honey). Water: I only drink distilled water. Organic veggies and fruits. Not all fruits I can eat and it is not related to sugar .. it is related with cell energy. A cell must get the energy required to fight the bad cells. No processed food at all! But u will be able To cheat once per month going to a pizzeria for example since you don’t know how they prepare your food. No all oils: only olive, coconut and avocado oils. I also take some supplements bc the medication I take depletes the minerals in my bones. So there is no a single recipe for all. Fix your guts, stay stress free, help the good cells fight the bad ones and BELIEVE it will work. No pharma remedy will save you, not me!!! Just you can do the job!❤

Hello! It's truly heartening to learn about someone else who has turned what seemed like a death sentence into a testament to living. I'm in that same boat, celebrating seven years since my first diagnosis in 2016 with stage four metastatic incurable lung cancer, affecting my chest, pelvis, and abdomen. Then, faced with a new challenge in 2022 with a tumor in my brain, seven in my liver, and on my chest. Today, I'm not just alive; I've moved to Portugal following my second healing journey, sharing my story and adopting my lifestyle as my medicine. I've also authored 'The Grace of Cancer,' aiming to guide and inspire those battling cancer or anyone interested in the insights gained from this journey.

I´ve been eating healthy for as long as I can remember. No sugar, no processed foods and a variety of grains, vegetables and both animal and plant protein. I do plenty of exercise, have a healthy body fat percentage, and practice stress management. I do live in a polluted city though... Who is to know why we got the cancer? It is important to not be fed feelings of guilt about having cancer. There is no consensus in the medical field about exactly how and why a tumor started to grow in your body. Don´t look back and look for any reasons as to WHY it happened, put guilt aside: look to the future and believe you have been given the opportunity to fight for your LIFE! If there ever was a time you did not appreciate the simple fact of being alive, THIS is you chance to start living your life to the fullest potential!!

I hope I can be helpful. I have stage 4 colorectal. Unlike you I did not eat healthy whatsoever I am 45 years old. I also tested negative for cancer type DNA. So for me I know that my diet is the cause without a doubt. I never drank water and always drank diet coke as my water. Red meat, breads, Doritos. I have since changed my Diet once I found out about my Cancer. I am now in really good health in comparison to my pre Cancer life. According to Dr. Seyfrieds research Cancer is a metabolic disease not caused by DNA defects. In order for Cancer to happen toxicity has to be present in some shape or form. It could be radiation or toxins at our workplace we never knew about. It can be the food we eat. It can be toxins in the paint in our homes. Esbestos in the popcorn ceilings. Toxicity radiation can be in many places. One huge thing about vegans is do you properly wash your veggies? If you soak your veggies and fruits in a baking soda and water solution it will eliminate 99 to 100 pct of the pesticides. I recommend half an hour then you wipe it down with a towel or paper towel. This is something many vegans miss.

With pancreatic cancer I think you need lots of digestive enzymes to give your pancreas some break. I don't remember the name but I remember reading about a dentist who had pancreatic cancer and created the regimen with TONS of pancreatic enzymes taken as supplements, specific diet, and healed completely living for many years after diagnosis cancer free. Good luck on your healing journey ❤

Food is key! Prayer is important. Eat your veggies, fruit, legumes, whole grains, nuts and seeds. Unless you're going raw. Juicing and green smoothies are good. I was thinking about you this morning when I read in Daniel 5:23. It said that our breath is in God's hand but the current King did not give God the glory for his life. And Acts 17:28 says in God, we live and move and have our being in Him. The Lord has took care of you because He has something for you to do for Him. That's a blessing. You certainly encouraged me. I got diagnosed with stage 3 prostate cancer 4 years ago and I refused the allopathic ideas of surgery, changing my sex life etc. I started meditating and diet, but the biggest thing was adjusting my emotional perspective and since that my belief in energy, positive thoughts and faith has grown and so far so good. Have you actually got all the data to prove that those on Keto were actually in nutritional ketosis? If you have then you should publish it. If not, it’s highly likely that they weren’t. The benefits of Keto is to reduce glucose that cancer uses to grow. This is recognised throughout the medical profession….glucose solution (radioactive) is used in PET scans, because cancer gobbles it up. It can not use oxygen to produce energy, so uses fermentation process. Keto by itself is not a cure for cancer, but it could inhibit growth.

Dead food is right... grew up on home grown food was very active, after college I moved into the city and my health slowly brought me into a nightmare. Today its very difficult because of tampering with gmo's and pesticides which have runoff into ground water which has interfered in organic farmers crops so it really is a frustrating situation because there is definitely a difference. There is a saying variety is the spice of life and I very much believe in it. Loved this interview you both radiated something special and its people who give honest feelings that motivates me to keep fighting through a difficult health dilemma cause I aim to win...

I believe that you died for me and that God raised you from the dead. I believe you are the Son of God! I'm a sinner. I surrender all to you! Do research on Fasting and Cancer. I have learned alot. Apples and pears are anti-cancer because they have in them something that prevents cancer cells from growing and aids in cancer cell death. Research vegetables and fruits best for cancer. There was a group of 15,000 people with cancer who all fasted. After 40 days - which is the longest you should fast at a time because your liver will stop making Ketones for energy and will start breaking down muscle - all the people were cancer free after 40 days of no food just water and all survived. Even fasting for a day helps. Eat one meal a day. I also do this. The Keto diet is showing benefits for cancer patients. Keto diet is no sugar or carbs and no processed foods at all. I am on the Keto diet. There is a chemical in broccoli (raw only) that science is studying as a possible cancer drug. I have a salad everyday with lots of raw broccoli. Tumeric, a spice is also known as anti-cancer but it has to be taken with black pepper and Olive oil for it to be effective, which I do. Garlic is anti-cancer because it also prevents cancer cells from growing and aids in cancer cell death, I take garlic daily. Melatonin is also showing promise as an anti-cancer drug. I take 10 mg. a night. I started seeing positive results after doing all this and more within two weeks. Hope this helps. I will not do chemotherapy or radiation either because I have learned that more people die from these cancer treatments than from the cancer itself.

Amazing show! I have had a very similar journey. I survived Cancer twice and now I'm in remission from Multiple Myeloma diagnosed 2019, I used a Nutritional Ketogenic diet with Fasting to help me beat the cancer as well as deal with the side effects of the Chemo and Bone Marrow Transplant. I decided to use all the tools available but make my lifestyle about managing the side effects and recovery. This allowed me to Cycle and Surf every day during my treatment which stunned the Doctors. I also broke the record for the shortest time in Hospital for me Bone Marrow Transplant and needed 0 blood transfusions during the process. I then became an Internationally Certified Nutritionist because of this journey. Almost 6 years on I am perfectly healthy but stay on top of my testing every 3 months. This fight has been very much about building your Spirit and your body. The mind has all the power we need as the driver and the nutrition just compliments all the tools we can use to beat anything that challenges us both mentally and physically. “When it comes to medicine, listen to the diagnosis but never the prognosis!!“ @the_keto_surfer

I am 69 and was diagnosed with Esophageal Cancer in January of 2O24. Due to a Tumor I was on a liquid diet and lost about 35 pounds. Which luckily I am not regaining as I was technically just barely Obese.. I went through six weeks of Chemo and Radiation treatment in the early spring. Which succeeded in destroying the tumor. I refused consent for the extreme surgery. I decided that I would prefer death. As soon as I could swallow again I began a Cancer antagonistic diet. Which I learned about primarily from KZbin. And which I will continue with daily with supplements until I receive evidence that it isn't working and is just a waste of time and money. I just had my second post-treatment Pet Scan in the beginning of October. Like the first one there was no detectable Cancer. There was up-take in my Prostate in both of them. But they think this is simply Inflammation rather than Cancer. In this second one there was also Lymphatic up-take as well. But again, they think this is simply Inflammation. But we will have to watch it. I expected the Chemo and Radiation to be absolutely devastating. Which physically it absolutely was not. My fears were unrealistic. So I was over-stressed emotionally. Fearing that I wouldn't be able to handle all of it. I will have my third Pet Scan in early February. If I get two more clean ones. Then I will only have them every six months. I was Stage 3 last January. Now the Tumor is gone. I can swallow about 8O% normal. But I have to be careful and masticate very well. Or there can still be blockage. Occasionally requiring regurgitation. But very rarely. But this is simply due to damage to the Esophagus at the location of the Tumor site. Which could heal over time and therefore improve. My Chemo was a mild level of Chemo treatment and produced very little side-effect. Other than mild nausea. Do some research and understand your power to make decisions which might differ from your Doctors. It's your life literally. My Doctors won't talk about diet or food. Other than say... " a healthy diet can't hurt." They basically patronize me if I try to discuss it. As they say that the datum simply doesn't support its efficacy. But like I said, I am doing it until there is evidence that it simply isn't working. If the Cancer returns I will still probably refuse the Esophagectomy surgery and focus on all of the new Immunology possibilities. 💙

There’s a lot of caveat with this stage 4diagnosis for 20 years. Depends on the type of ovarian cancer. There are certain low-grade teratomas that just slowly grow on the surfaces of things and don’t actually invade organs and won’t ever kill you, but they just make your life a living hell..

A lot of breast cancer cells feed on estrogen and progesterone and don´t have anything to do with diet. Ofcourse a healthy diet and life style is important, but you can still have cancer due to other factors that are not in you own hands.
