Wer sich das antun will , F Kart 170 Motor ist die perfekte Basis für den Umbau. Hat n Diff , Riemenantrieb , Gebläsekühlung , 4takt , Vor / Rückwärtsgang, 170 ccm ,13 Ps.,12 Volt . Einziges Manko , hinten n Starrachse , die Achswellen , die eingesteckt sind ,können den Bewegungen der Dreieckslenker nicht folgen... Hier muss in jede Welle ein Gelenk eingebaut werden zB Fiat 500 etc. Und in Deutschland sicher nicht Tüv konform , ohne Abnahme einfach zu machen . Der Enttopf ist Gy6 China Endtopf 125/ 150 ccm .

Really not an expert, but love what you have done. I had an APE 50 for my lamp shop for 10 years. The best vehicle I ever had. This does not mean it is flawless, not at all. The wire for the clutch, always problem with that. Too long a distance from motor to cabin. Very noisy motors. When I moved from Sweden to Provence France I though I would like another one, similar. I bought a 400 Classic without testing it at all. It came. The diesel engine made a terrible noise. I resold it. Impossible to talk inside. It is sad that a company that has existed for so many years is not in the forefront when it comes to motor technology. All the rest is great I had a Honda zoomer with water cooled 4 stroke engine 50cc. It was like a whisper and totally without vibrations. Something as good as the APE easy to repair, cheap spare parts. I would buy another one here if it was not for the motors

The new piaggio ape 50 have less engine sound and the next piaggio diesel will have modern engine with less noise.

Indeed the noise of the diesel engine is horrible, it's like someone is shaking a cookie tin full of ball bearings.

Sarebbe da provare con un motore a marce tipo lifan 125,yx150,yx160ecc. Son motori buoni,economici,consumano poco e la manutenzione è bassa.
