Thanks for posting! I also live in Canada and am considering one of these for the summer time to save some fuel (my daily driver is AWD and has 400 hp. Not exactly good on fuel plus it sucks down premium). The BV might be the prefect machine since it’ll get great fuel economy and as you’ve shown here, can happily motor along Highway #1 and keep pace with the traffic no problem.

Good video, too bad about the prick that banged into it, a shame no one else saw it. I have a 2006 bv 500, love it. Also have Bergman 650, really like it as well. Scooters are the way to go, anywhere, anytime & any distance, also at nearly any speed you care to travel , plus as an older guy, they are perfect as it becomes a problem throwing ones' leg over a conventional bike. Keep on riding & enjoying eh!, Rick from ontario.

Nice vid, am looking at a nearly new BV350 right now. Vid brings back great memories when my brother and I worked at Lake Louise! Happy trails :)

Thanks, as long as you keep it maintained it will last a long time, and you should be able to get a used for a good price. Try to get an abs version if you can.

What a great daytrip.. sorry to hear about the damage.. it's possible they never knew they backed into you. Bummer.

Beautiful scenery and a well done video. Sorry about the damage to your scooter. Just wondering what is a comfortable all day speed on the Hwy for the BV350? I'm thinking about upgrading to one.
@poisedonis7 жыл бұрын
60 mph or 110-115 I'd say with ease. I took the same route with my daughter, she rode the BV350 AND i a CBR250R and she easily had no problems keeping up.

Are you attaching a mic to your go pro ? I use one in my videos but my videos are hard to hear? I where my go pro on my head with camera placement at my forehead. People comment at how lousy my mic is. Not sure what to do about this. Your videos looks as if your go pro is around your neck lol...beautiful country up there! Joe from Ga

+joegolden481 I use a chest strap for the gopro, it's ok when youre walking around but hard to get good sound when riding. Even now I still am not speaking as I ride because of that reason, just typing on the riding sections. and just using the camera mic.

awesome road-trip poise... how far did you from your place? amazing shots, did you take it in 1080p? I have the original hero w/ the round lens... I was considering a drift stealth 2 for $115 USD on ebay, but will now get the new basic GoPro Hero for $129... sorry about the bike.

Try bringing the scooter to a bike panel repair - the same thing happened to my bv350 where an SUV reversed into me while I was still on the bike :\ No harm done though and I was surprised how well of a job the panel betters did - I can't tell that it was repaired!

You've got some really beautiful countryside there. How was the seat? My SYM VS150 is ok but the bum gets a bit sore after 1 hour. Also do you get much buffeting wind from the screen?
@poisedonis8 жыл бұрын
The seat is very good and basically no buffing from windshield, so can ride all day no problem

+poisedonis if you have the still shots I might be able to reduce the blur on the plates of the van enough to get a legible ID. Let me know, only takes 15 minutes to edit it in topaz "inFocus"

+RAWkon Photo Thanks for the video as well - I have never owned a Motorcycle or Scooter and the prices of the Scooters are much more reasonable. I wasn't sure which to get but I think after this video the Scooter is great. Quiet, fast - enough -for highway use , and looks nice too.
@poisedonis9 жыл бұрын
Yes, it really is a good all round scooter, big enough for the highways and small enough for the cities
