Thanks for posting this one, it proved to me that it could be done, it was an a f**king nightmare all round, I didn’t remove as much body panels as you did and made the mistake of removing the old silent block in situ and trying to replace the new one without removing the bracket, which did not work and added to the overall pain. Ended up removing the bracket which was bad but trying to get the new silent block in the bracket, f**king hell, used some metal brackets and followed your advice with the vice with some visor cleaner and eventually it worked. Thanks again really appreciate this video 👍. Should also say that the bracket would not line up properly until I fitted the upper nut and bolt and then screwed in the lower locking bolt / nut, a £12 part and 9 man hours to fit whoever designed this should be sacked, especially using a plastic part 🤬.

Alles super Erklärt. Ich habe eine 400er aus 2009. mit 20000km Laufleistung. Ich möchte die mp 3 auch selber Warten. Aber erst im kommenden Frühjahr.
