I don't think depression will ever leave me, but you learn to notice it and deep inside, you know that it's almost exclusively "negative self talk". The things you think, you tell yourself, life is never as bad as you think it is. There is a wonderful saying, which really sums up the problem: "Don't believe everything you think!". That is so true but for a genuinely depressed person, it's of little to no help. It takes a lot of experience and a long time to even be aware of your own feelings, thoughts and your own self-talk. I really appreciate your comment, thank you very, very much and god bless you!

This is probably the best Frank Tedesco video I've ever seen. I've been dabbling a bit with piano myself and I'm kinda self taught with like no tutorials, I just kinda mess around with a piano and play stuff from memory and coincidentally, a lot of the songs I know were played in the video. But enough about me, I've always thought Frank played really well, but this was just some next level shit. This guy's probably one of the best pianists on KZbin itself and I'm glad to see he's finally getting some of the recognition he deserves.
