Today I tuned a bit more unusual branded upright piano, "Greb. Glaser Jena". Never heard of it myself, and this piano wasn't even very good condition so I had to think twice if I dare to tune it at all. First I had to adjust some hammers to strings, as some hammers didn't even hit all string in some unisons, and then I tightened all screws of action. There would've been a lot more action regulation needed obiviously but that was enough to get action to somewhat working condition. Tune was quite messy, but I did only one pitch correction before tuning, as I didn't really raise it but just even it out. I don't expect it to hold tune very well as there was one quite major crack on soundboard, and thus I didn't tune with highest priority but outcome is still pretty decent. Bass and middle sections were pretty easy to tune, but treble sections had pretty much friction on strings so that was a bit challenging, and there was also a lot false beats. By the way, action and keys were pretty noisy which tells that many parts are worn out, and that can be heard on recording aswell.
