I'm no expert, but I am pretty sure this is Geza Anda & The Camerarta Academica des Salzburger Mozarteums, from the complete cycle recorded in the '60s. This - unfortunately lesser known - concerto is available, with Nos.17 & 21, on a single DG remastered CD in their excellent 'The Originals' range. It's also, of course, in the box set which, like the single CD, is available at a bargain price.
