Merci beaucoup, Graham. I am such a Noob on the piano that I feel humbled by your technique, and I am in awe of your generous sharing of your knowledge. Since I worked as a Chiropractor that suffered a shoulder injury, I had to change my techniques, as well as study the shoulder to rehabilitate my own shoulder, as well as treat patients in my office. The questions about tensions and collapse really piqued my interested. Of course you can help with piano technique, but I might help with my video of exercises for the low back (30 seconds to stabilize and strengthen, but 30 seconds each day) as well as exercises and self treatments for the shoulder and hands.
