I made my own to create the two German loops needed on my Steinway M. I got jealous when I tuned a Kawai grand the other day though and the scale design doesn't have any German loops at all. Good thinking on their part. The Steinway M is definitely better than the KG-2, but the Kawai has its virtues

Not shown and what is most important, is getting the loops the correct size every time. That fact makes that tool amateurish.
