Thishelped for some keys but whenever i play some notes it falls and its not a sticking key because i opened the piano and something fell off. Though i was able to put it back up but it keeps doing it. The keys are pretty loose, what do i call it when the keys are loose. And also my keys are crooked

The loose keys could be caused by key bushings that are too loose. These are the felt inserts in the hole in the bottom of the front of the key. There are also bushings in the hole in the top of the middle of the key which could be loose.
