It's pretty clear public use of the piano had ceased, they went against it anyway, doesn't matter if you're talented or not, if they don't allow you to, then you're not allowed to. I hope you don't think he's only there for the occasional thief. My guess is that some kids might have been smashing the keys and been obnoxious or whatever, which prompted them to just decide to not allow the public to use it anymore.

@@stevehove2648 There's quite a few potentional reasons for it not being meant for use at that point. Anywhere from kids, pocket thieves and the crowds to.. Perhaps they were selling it for something new, or it was rented or whatever really. Either way, he's clearly in contact with superiors during the duration of the video, he explained something inaduible to a spectator, so some information is missing. And just to add to your comment about the distraction and theft, there's also pocket thieves.. So what's easier? Look out for pocket thieves, look out for the crowd while also being in stores at the same time to look out for more thieves, or just removing the public use of the piano and focusing on the store thieves alone?

I was banned from my local asda three weeks ago. Asda, in West Sussex. The security guards stopped me as i was leaving the store, ripped two bags of shopping from my hand, confiscated them and told me i was banned from the store. Asda refused to check the video, although they have now. The guards have been sacked and asda have offered me compensation. Even a woman at asda head office, told me i had been seen on camera, stealing, even though i'd done nothing of the sort.
