+Robert Crowe Thanks for the comment Robert. I try not to 'egg on' likes here because I do try to possible 'gain' behind on these musical issues. To some, more "likes' means more views, which means more money. I tend to think people who are moved (at least a bit) by the tune or performance (not mine, for sure) will click, and some even comment. Viewing KZbin on a TV (as is the rage now) precludes some comments that otherwise would be made here, and it is our 'instant' society of convenience that brings us such things, but at least there is so much talent on all these other channels for people to enjoy that makes that convenience worth while. It does for me.

I was looking at the sheet music trying to figure out what the part was between 1:42 and 2:00, and then I finally realized that Confrey WROTE IT! It's an unpublished theme that he must have composed while arranging this roll, which perfectly fits in with the style of the tune and connects the end of the first chorus to the beginning of the second verse. GENIUS! What a great roll of a great tune! If you ever find an old Columbia (Syncronized, etc.) roll of this tune, please let me know!

@KawhackitaRag I have not seen nor heard the Synchronized or Columbia version. Maybe some viewer has. This is a perfect example of why I had focused on Zez in my collecting..as well as Wendling who also inserts other tunes into his vamps and such... I have a few other great examples of Zez doing such, I will try to get them posted. Thanks for viewing and subscribing.
