PIC16F15313 Low Power Sleep (the F part, not the LF part!)

A user on the Microchip forum was encountering problems obtaining the datasheet's sleep current for the PIC16F15313. Here's my investigation.

Are you going to build a small cubesat with a transponder system? It would be awesome to see this hardware in a satellite.
