For Heathrow Terminals 2&3 and Terminal 5, I think it should say "Change for the Elizabeth Line and National Rail Services" since the Heathrow Express also goes there

Heathrow express is not part of national rail its owned by Heathrow Airport holdings that's why you can't use Travelcards on its services its private

Why what happend to terminal 1?

It closed years ago and has now been partially demolished. A future "phase 2" expansion of Terminal 2 was planned to occupy the space of the main Terminal 1 building, but that's now unlikely to happen before the 2030s.

@@S1lverArr0w there’d be a lot of practical problems with that. Huge amount of signage, systems, software, timetables, etc to update. Massive confusion and frustration during the transition. People going to the the wrong terminal and missing their flights, etc. Just not worth the effort!
