For 1 thing Cell blew himself up, so he didn't damage his point of failure, and another is that Vegeta's deathblast was many times stronger than Cell's, maybe hundreds of times stronger, and completely vaporized Buu, very different from Cell.

Because Cell was an abnormal regeneration, something that isn’t natural or existed Yes Namekians can regenerate but only body parts and it takes a lot of their stamina so they can still fail to regenerate and die Also they cannot come back from bits and pieces like cell Cell and Buu are the only characters in original series with abnormal regeneration Of course they would be surprised another being could not only regenerate easily but far better than Cell

@@aceclover758 Cell still took a ton of stamina. He was exhausted after fighting Goku because of that. And Cell might have been much stronger at full ki recovery in Super Perfect form, but he in all likelihood was not in his best shape when he came back since it was right away.

Cell came back fully powered up, not showing any signs of exhaustion and receiving a Zenkai, despite his injury being self inflicted Cell perfects the genes and traits in him. That’s why his regeneration surpasses a Namekians and his Zenkai works on self injury unlike with other sayians

Ok how strong is Piccolo here , my theory is around super vegeta that fight semi cell power. 1- when Piccolo went to time chambre he was fuse to kami and equal to Android 17 , when vegeta go there he was weaker than the androids 2-Piccolo fight very good agains cell jrs in the anime he was at same level than vegeta and trunks So a guy with the power off super vegeta in buuu saga could give a great fight to Dabura, could kick the ass easy off Neptune (Kaioshin) , Spopovich and the other big guy, PuiPui and yakon. And be stronger than all base sayans , and be stronger than trunks and goten as supersayan So to resume Piccolo is the 4 stronger Z warrior only loose to goku, vegeta and gohan....but they make him loook weaker in this arc.....why ????

I'm sure a lot of people share the opinion that Vegeta should've killed Buu here considering the explosion should've disintegrated every piece of Buu that was inside it and not scatter his body into pieces like he swallowed a bomb, but if they weren't gonna give Vegeta a win here anyway, I wish it at least weakened Buu somehow, like maybe completely destroy a good chunk of Buu's body so even if he regenerated, he's not at 100% power anymore. It's just always wild to me that villains who can regenerate like Buu or Cell just come out unscathed or even stronger after taking huge damage like that, because then we see them getting hurt by punches and I'm just like "your very biomass was shredded into chunks of taffy earlier and you just laughed that off, but you're telling me some kicks and punches actually hurt you?" It's gotta take an extreme amount of energy to rebuild yourself like that. Sure, Saiyans have zenkai boosts, but that's _after_ they get treated back to full health (or I guess a Senzu Bean).
