Pile 2- started a new job at the end of February. Really amazing place. I have to pass a 100 question test and give a presentation at the end of may. Studying a lot. Plus, I started school in January for Ayurveda. Between those, I’m really feeling it. I know that it’s also been mixing up a bunch of emotional stuff. (Cut ties with toxic ppl at old job) basically, confirming all that you saw in your reading. Thank you!

Pile two: I have recently started going to the gym regularly and it helps me so much with being grounded and in my body. It also encourages me to have discipline in other areas of my life such as eating clean, being present in friendship, keeping my spaces tidy, studying for a licensure exam, etc. Basically, I am prioritizing better. I also resonated with the defensive read as in how I may need to alter my defensives in order to really come through this precipice. Thank you!
