I can get a vibraotory feeder to preform the same task . Delta robot is way overkill for this.

Maybe add a color detector to ensure the product is properly oriented. But they might need flexibility to sort different products without long preparation, this might be indeed the right solution.

We were in the testing process. Customer is happy with the system now and the products is on it's way. Thanks for having a good at look at our video and finding it out. Will show you more videos later.

And not optimized work load between robots. Looks like the first one does most of the work.

@@mil3k The system was under testing and also the robots work with what they can see on the conveyor belt. Now we have upgraded the whole system to a better version. Please check the lastest design on my youtube and the system is working at the customer factory. Thanks for sharing.
