Hey Howdy Folks.... this was a SIDE GIG where I was from in Folsom, Louisiana NORTH of New Orleans back in the mid 80's.... I sold mine to FLORISTS by the pound {$8} in Hammond, Covington, Slidell and New Orleans... I was told they used them for SEASONAL WREATHS ..... think $3.33 was minimum wage back then so a good 4 hour day of picking brought in roughly 4 pounds.... Most of the florist I dealt with bought 4-5 bundles at a time.... will always be grateful to my FFA/Agricultural teacher for letting me know of such a venture...

hard to sell them but in September November you can get the Longleaf pine cones bang em on the ground each has 150 seeds seeds sell for 50 cents each or 10 for $5 dollars plus a stamp a envelope
