I have to say, I'm enjoying most of the B42 changes, and the fact the game has a sandbox to allow me to adjust settings to my liking is even better. The crafting system needs some tweaks, but we all knew that when we opted into the unstable branch and the screenshots posted of the developer's planned changelog for the first patch include many updates to that system. The only thing that's genuinely bothering me that I didn't see in that changelog is a fix for rain collectors not being plumbed into sinks below.

Take all perishables and leave the rest for a future return. Mark that remaining food available on map? That'll help on not being over-encumbered. Use a green checkmark for such cases, eventually a black X when cleared?

I find its just better to a final place to live and then load it up full of stuff, marking down a map for many return trips just adds a ton of extra work

19:30 a zombie with a noticeable knife in the back or leg - that piece of clothing should end up with a hole minimum. I feel that zombies appearing to have an intact shirt or pants should be so. Most scarecrows seem to have pristine clothes though.

I checked a tub of ice cream in RL and it's about 185 Cal per 100g, which is pretty close to the 200 mentioned. So it makes me think that the calorie content isn't being correctly adjusted to the food weight.

you've cited ice cream calories a few times now ice cream has about 1700 calories per item, which is about right for a qt of ice cream. the ice cream in my freezer actually has less the problem is that you're burning some 4000+ calories per day in game i will point out that in the current unstable build you actually use more calories per tile traveled by walking instead of jogging, so go ahead and start jogging if you want to gain weight!

In the current unstable build crops die and do not grow and you do not get EXP from harvesting them, so its 100% broken. There's a fix coming soon for this.

You are going to the car to put gas in and then will go back to the gas station to finish filling it up. Why didn't you just unload everything in the backpack onto the ground, put the gas can in there, and unload everything else you are carrying except for a spare weapon, your water, maybe some food and a flashlight? Even you spend the night in a house near the car when you drive back to the gas station you just pick everything back up since it won't de-spawn overnight.

She heard the noises your character was making while carrying the gas can and walked in asking me why I was watching a porno at the same time I was watching your video. It took a while to convince her otherwise.
