Picking Boats by the Side of the Road - What does $3k to $25k Get You?

We are back in our home roads of the North Fork of Long Island with a new wave of used boats that have been strategically placed on the side of the road.
I like the Edgewater the most, if that engine checks out. Let me know which you would pick and why.

I/O's could be good if you have a mechanic on retainer. Edgewater may need a new engine. Carolina skiff could be a nice pond boat if the Merc runs.

First time on Long Island this week stopped to look at that Chris Craft and many others . Most boats on my radar were in that Seaford area 1.5 hr away (seacraft, seahunt) . Too far to get away from the wife . Will have to return for a long weekend to boat search without the women .

That Edgewater is not bad. The other issue the early Edgewaters had were fuel tank leaks. The smaller ones had to have the deck cut to get to it.
