Lovely finished project. Thanks for your exposition of the design and execution process. Your quilting is quite beautiful. As with most things (cooking, quilting, etc) as the creator, we see the issues that none other could identify or be bothered with! However, that critical eye helps us do better.

Hi Notes from Leisa-Land, I couldn't agree with you more that our critical eye helps us do better - very well said. Thank you for your kind words. And thank you watching and commenting.

That is just beautiful! I could not see where you were getting "nervous", even when you were pointing it out! You are very talented. I wish I could draw and quilt like you can.

Thank you, you’re so kind. I use to say the same thing when I looked at Harriet Hargrave’s quilts, she was my inspiration. You can do it! Keep practicing and working at it. I hope this channel can be the inspiration and motivation you need to continue and grow as a quilter!

Oh my goodness you are a brave soul!! I think it is just stunning. I just adore your sketch pad and admire your ability to draw. I can not even draw an egg. Seriously. I have to use a messy pounce pad, pre trace or stick with straight-ish line quilting. You go girl!

Thank you. Starting out I used my son’s school notebook paper. I would take a stack with me during all his appointments and draw. Then I could throw them away and start again because they were not so good. Keep drawing and doodling though it creates muscle memory that will carry over to your quilting. Thank you for watching and commenting!
